Placing an order on Foodly Shop is very simple, just add the products you want to buy to the cart and then proceed to CHECKOUT.

To save the products you like most and save time on your next shopping, just click on the "heart icon" next to the product and than "ADD TO WISHLIST"

The courier will make a first delivery attempt, in the event that it is not successful, the courier will leave a missed delivery note. At this point it will be possible to choose whether to have the package delivered to an Access Point or to wait for the re-delivery which will take place on the following working day.

The order can be canceled if it has not yet been shipped.

Fresh products, such as mozzarella are only shipped on the national territory (Italy) with special packaging systems that allow their organoleptic conservation. International shipment of fresh and / or dried products, Are exclusive to businesses based abroad and in possession of a VAT number (Minimum order and prices to be agreed in advance).

It is not necessary to place a minimum order.

The products are carefully and periodically checked and stored in our warehouse following strict hygienic-sanitary rules and are always shipped with a long best before date.

The delivery address can only be changed if the package has not yet left our warehouses.

To check the status of the order just log into your account and visit the dedicated area.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which allow you to follow your order step by step.

If you have received a damaged package, take some pictures and contact us at info@foodlyshop.com we will reply within 24 hours and we will be happy to help you solve any issues with your order.

Contact us within 14 working days, if you have received a different or a missing product. You will receive a refund automatically to the account you used for payment

We accept different types of payment, either through Paypal or cards or by bank transfer.

If the payment was NOT successful, your order will be canceled.
