Tomaso Salumi
The Tomaso family has been involved in the transformation and processing of cured meats since 1962.
The business was founded by grandfather Eugenio Tomaso and, since 2000, has been managed by his nephew Eugenio, who after various experiences in other realities and after an intense period of training, took over the reins of the company, expanded it and over the years has led it to achieve excellent goals first at the local level and then at the national and international level.
