Produced exclusively with fresh buffalo milk, 100% Made in Italy, Mozzarella is one of the most sought-after flagship products by the public. White and with a thin shiny skin, it has a very delicate aroma and taste.

Process:

The milk, properly analysed, pasteurized, is subsequently coagulated and matured, up to the stretching and mozzatura which, still today, is done by hand as per tradition.
